O'Swald is a Berlin based songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and music producer. He uses various genres such as  jazz, indie soul, alternative rnb, funk and combines multi-layered harmonies, acoustic and electronic sounds into rhythmic, dreamy soundscapes. In this way, O'Swald creates a sound that is both melancholic and hopeful, blending emotional depth with a sense of lightness.

In his lyrics he deals with his own growing up, observes everyday life, questions social conventions and directs the view on fragile relationships, emotional instability and the longing for closeness and freedom.
